Chakra Sound Bathing Experience

Join me for a deeply grounding and restorative Chakra Sound Bathing Experience, designed to educate, relax, and reset your nervous system from the root up.

We’ll begin with a brief, accessible introduction to the 7 chakras — what each energy center represents, how imbalance can show up in daily life, and how sound and vibration support balance and release.

From there, you’ll settle into a full sound bathing journey, moving intentionally from Root to Crown, using:
🔔 Crystal singing bowls tuned to each chakra
🌬️ Wind gong for energetic clearing
🔔 Chimes and grounding instruments for integration

☕ Hot teas and kava will be available to help you unwind and settle in.
🧘‍♀️ Please arrive a bit early to get cozy, sip tea, and ground before we begin.

This experience is gentle, supportive, and open to all — no prior meditation or sound bath experience needed.
