Chakra Session 8: Bonus Chakra Session

Chakras are invisible energy centers that govern the life force/prana/vital energy in our bodies and are influenced by our emotional mental and physical well-being. Come join us for this 8 session series as we dive into and explore the 7 main Chakras and provide an overview of additional Chakras!

Each session includes handouts of specific Chakra with detailed information a fun quiz mudra activity reflection questions foods to nourish crystals to unblock essential oils to balance positive affirmations to heal action steps and a brief meditation. Join us for 1 session or all 8! Sessions are on Saturdays from 6-7pm and are $20 per session.

While we have covered the 7 Primary Chakras they are believed to be a part of the 114 Chakras in the human body (7 primary 21 minor and 86 macro).

In the last session of this series we will touch base on the 114 Chakras Meridian Points Nadis Chakra Cords the 12 point Chakra system and other theories.  Join us as we explore exciting information in this last session!
