Chakra Session 4: The Heart Chakra (Anahata)

Chakras are invisible energy centers that govern the life force/prana/vital energy in our bodies and are influenced by our emotional mental and physical well-being. Come join us for this 8 session series as we dive into and explore the 7 main Chakras and provide an overview of additional Chakras!

Each session includes handouts of specific Chakra with detailed information a fun quiz mudra activity reflection questions foods to nourish crystals to unblock essential oils to balance positive affirmations to heal action steps and a brief meditation. Join us for 1 session or all 8! Sessions are on Saturdays from 6-7pm and are $20 per session. 

Session 4

The Heart Chakra (Anahata) is the 4th Primary Chakra in the energy body located in the center of the chest acting as a bridge between the upper and lower energy centers. It is green in color and governs your ability for love compassion empathy and forgiveness helping you accept yourself and others.
