Each month, Kember will guide you through a practice focusing on one of the seven chakras. Learn about the origins of these ancient energy systems, along with associated yoga poses, essential oils, crystals, and reinforce your understanding with hands-on activities! This workshop is open to anyone who wants a comprehensive understanding of the chakras.
Tickets are $40 for each workshop or bundle all 7 workshops at a 20% discount.
