About this Event
Chakra Reset Ceremony is a gentle, body-based experience for women who feel tired, overwhelmed or disconnected from themselves.
This is not a workshop and not a performance.
There is nothing to fix or achieve.
It is a quiet space to slow down, soften and come back into the body.
The ceremony unfolds slowly and intuitively and includes:
- ceremonial cacao
- sound and vibration
- gentle energy healing
- individual attention within a small group
Sound is used as support rather than a technique.
Energy healing happens through presence, touch (with consent) and subtle work with the body and nervous system.
You are welcome to simply lie down, rest and receive.
