The Martyr can endure years without making changes to its life. It creates codependency and is unable to really enjoy self.

Depends on others to receive what it can not give to itself. i.e. Love, recognition, acceptance.

Makes others more powerful than they are. Its easily manipulated.

Everything revolves around another person’s needs and demands

The Warrior focusses on strength and their ability to be the best person they can be.

The Actor/Actress tends to be in codependent relationships

Its emotionally frozen

Blames its partner or others for not receiving love while it resist it

- Ask yourself: Am I willing to be open and honest about my feelings with another person?

Affirmation: I allow love to come into my life and fill me with happiness and joy.

The Lover can love everything that its happening in its life, the good, the bad and the ugly.

- Can you receive more or as much as you give?

- Is love your reason for living?

Throat Chakra-January 29th

The Silent Child is easily hurt. Suppresses frustration, anger, fears and tears

It feels safe in Silence

Resorts to food, drugs or alcohol to mask feelings

Holds back vulnerability

- Recall a time when you wanted to say something and were unable to express yourself ?

Affirmation: What I have to say is valuable

The communicator takes responsibility for expressing what it needs and wants in life.

- Can you look at yourself in the mirror and comfortably say out loud to yourself:
