Join Kim Bostwick on Sunday, May 19th from 2-3:30PM for her very first Chakra Realignment Workshop at YS! During this workshop experience, you will take a deep dive into each chakra utilizing multiple different modalities: movement, meditation, mudras, and chakra-specific crystals. You will also focus intentional energy on releasing blocks to your chakras in order to allow your energy to move freely through your body & spirit.

Workshop includes a special take-home gift from Kim and lots of loving energy and time for reflection and contemplation.
