This course will give you a deep look into our 7 energetic centers know as Chakras. This class is for you if you are a yoga teacher who wants to develop a higher understanding of these centers and how to demonstrate them to your students, or if you are a student that wants a deeper understanding of these vital areas of the body. This course is *All-Inclusive to all and open to ages 16+.
Course Sneak Peak: When we speak of chakras many people think of mysticism or the occult, however, they are physically points of major nerve plexuses, glands, and subtle energetic channels knowns as nadis, or meridians. Subtle energy is something that takes time to feel and understand, you can’t read a book and experience it, you must feel it, and that is one of the things that this course will help develop
