Join Lauren to learn about each of the seven Chakras along the anterior spine. We'll discuss what the Chakras and Nadis are, the individual seven Chakras and how to work with them, what each represents, and how to recognize grief or trauma within that Chakra. We'll then enjoy a yoga flow, moving through an Asana for each of the seven Chakras, and finishing with Savasana and a guided meditation.
Wear something comfortable and be sure to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start time to get checked in and settled. Props will be provided. If you have a mat, feel free to bring it with you or borrow one of ours. Bring water and dress comfortably. Feel free to bring paper and a pen to take notes.
