Everything in nature has its own unique energetic vibration and interacts with the energies that surround it. Our human bodies have 7 major energy centres – chakras - that drive the energy and health of the physical body based on our life experiences and how we think, feel and process them. Each chakra is associated with specific aspects of our being and each one vibrates with an energy that influences the body. Similarly, crystals all have a unique chemical composition and physical structure and these determine how the crystal vibrates.
Energy, vibration and the interactions between these - in the human body and energy field and within the crystals and their energy field – are the basis for which crystals and pendulums can be used for healing and to influence the chakras and the human body. Our own unique energy is ever-changing and is hugely influenced by our thoughts and feelings. So, when we combine the power of intention, thought, emotion and the unique vibrations of crystals and pendulums, we can affect the vibration of our chakras and therefore the expression of both our internal world and our external world.
This evening workshop begins with an introduction to healing and meditation with crystals and pendulums, an overview of how the human energy field and chakras and how are influenced by these beautiful and powerful stones, and their unique colours and vibrations. We will establish a connection with a pendulum before working in pairs to sweep the energy field with a crystal wand and then complete a chakra healing practice, using a pendulum.
We will then relax down on yoga mats and have crystals placed on and around the 7 major chakras, and receive a crystal chakra healing and guided visualisation meditation to recharge, calm/energise the chakras. Any areas of pain, tension or discomfort can be targeted during this healing part of the workshop. And you will receive first-hand experience of the power and healing effects of these crystals in combination with your intentions and innate healing capacity.
Everyone will be welcome to share their experiences with like-minded others and make some beautiful connections.
As always, this promises to be a deeply relaxing, positive and beautiful evening.
