Black Om is a Los Angeles-based wellness company on a mission to encourage everyone to prioritize “self-care”. Founded by Paris Coleman Smalls & Terrence Smalls, the company produces community events, corporate wellness programming, and destination retreats.

Bri Alexander Wellness was founded on the principle of creating a healthier community through holistic wellness. We offer in-person sessions throughout Maryland, Washington DC, and Northern Virginia, and virtual sessions worldwide.

Through various holistic modalities including breathwork, sound healing, dance magic, meditation, mindfulness, reiki, aromatherapy, yoga, and somatic movement, we promote wellness for the mind, body & spirit. We help clients release stress, and feel more grounded and centered as they journey through life.

All sessions are facilitated with a down-to-earth approach to wellness. Even an absolute beginner can feel right at home.

Kirstan Fuller is a health and wellness professional with ten years of experience. She founded Building a Bridge to Hope, LLC in 2015 to provide comprehensive, holistic experiences to individuals, couples, corporations, and non-profit organizations backed by scientific research.

Originally from New Jersey, Kirstan holds a bachelor's degree in Family Science from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a Certification in LGBTQ Studies. She has a deep passion for promoting mental, physical, and emotional health and has conducted various health and wellness seminars, training courses, and mindfulness and stress techniques classes. Kirstan's practice is person-centered, strength-based, family-focused, and trauma-informed, and she uses various methods to help her clients achieve their goals.

Kirstan is also working on expanding services to include prevention and intervention, whole

wellness programming, and activities focused on supporting employees across all the pillars of well-being within the U.S Government. The vision of this whole health initiative is to integrate wellness into expanded EAP services to ensure the government workforce has access to complete health information, resources, and services to maximize well-being.

Kirstan Fuller is a firm believer in the quote by Rumi, "Let the beauty of what you love be what you do."
