Chakra frequencies is an interactive workshop combining our voices with 432 Hz crystal singing bowls.
By using the power of intent, the vibration of our own voice, along with the frequency of the singing bowls, this workshop will assist with clearing the chakras and aligning your energy body.
We will be working with vowel mantras. The resonation of sacred vowel sounds with the energy centers of the body date back to ancient Egypt. Vowels are considered the vibrations of Heaven, while consonants contain the energy of Earth. By reciting and listening to these vowel mantras, you can achieve higher states of consciousness and create resonance within your chakras, ultimately leading to embodying more compassion of self and others.
Guided visualization will be layered throughout the experience, inviting you to sense, see, and feel each chakra as it awakens and balances. Visualization helps bridge sound and sensation, allowing the mind and energy body to move together with clarity and presence.
Group chanting strengthens the experience and can feel more powerful than practicing on your own. When everyone’s voices come together with a shared intention, it creates a supportive and connected environment that helps people feel more open and grounded in unity.
