Spend the winter tapping into your own energy centers with a yoga flow and closing meditation designed to awaken each of your 7 Chakras.
Join Tam Turse, RYT-500 on Saturdays from 10:15 - 11:15 am starting on Saturday, Jan 18 for a 7 week Chakra Flow series - focusing on a different chakra each week.
This class is a donation-based class. All donations for the class go towards Tam’s Boston Marathon Fundraising for 261 Fearless.

Suggested donation per class is $20
