Join us in this unique workshop combines music, movement, and mandala art!
Guided by a specific music that resonates to each of the body’s seven major energy centers, Chakra-Dance helps participants explore, experience, and balance their own chakras.
It is a magical and transformative experience as the energy of the chakras moves through you in your dance and activates the body’s natural healing abilities.
Wear loose comfortable clothing.
No dance experience or prior knowledge of chakras necessary. All are welcome!
Held at Heart, Body, and Soul in Columbia, MO7-830 pm, August 22nd
(Please note that The store portion of Heart, Body, and Soul closes at 6pm. Dr. Adrian will meet you at the front doors at 6:50pm for class)

Adrian Campbell, PhD, CPC, RYT200hr
Dr. Adrian Campbell is an Intuitive Life Coach, Usui Holy Fire Reiki Master, Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher, Lumerian Crystal Healer, Independent Research Scholar, and U.S. Coast Guard Veteran. She has Undergraduate and Graduate degrees in Electrical Science and Psychology, and a Doctorate in Depth Psychology with Somatic emphasis from Pacifica Graduate Institute.
Each session with Dr. Adrian is uniquely crafted to the individual and can include elements of Jungian based Life Coaching, Yoga, Reiki, Meditation, Dream Analysis, Intuitive Aura Readings, and more.
Sessions are by appointment only and can be in person in at Heart, Body & Soul, or remotely by phone/video.
