We use crystal quartz pyramids to spin over your energy centers.Our Chakra Clearing Sound Bath is a truly unique and one-of-a-kind experience. During the class, you will be relaxed by the sounds of 7 crystal quartz pyramids that will be used to balance and clear your chakras. Each participant will receive individualized attention as the instructor places the pyramids over your body in corresponding energy centers to help clear and balance your energy.
This class is designed to help balance your chakra system and bring your whole being into a deep relaxation and meditative state. We will provide you with pillows, blankets, yoga mats and eye pillows to ensure your comfort throughout the class.
