This is our first Group Meditation for the Outpost location and we've chosen to work on Chakra Clearing. What is it and how does one go about doing it? Find out why this is so important for creating balance in the body and in daily life. Some say clearing the chakras can boost the mood or even the immune system. Each person is different and each will have a unique experience. Gini Trask of Whole Life Alignment will be leading this meditation
