By joining our transformative group healing journey in a nurturing community, you will delve into healing, cultivating a deeper sense of confidence, strength, and self-love. Through the exploration of the your energetic body, we will embark on an immersive experience that integrates dance, movement, meditation, group discussions, art, creative expression, journaling, and energy healing. Together, we explore the essence of what it means to move with intention and honor our physical, mental, and emotional bodies. This is a journey towards reclaiming personal sovereignty. We invite you to join us if you are ready to honor this path towards wholeness and authenticity!

Week 1: Root Chakra - “Mūlādhāra”

The Root Chakra for grounding into the body and our physical environment through the elemental of Earth. We will gather in nature to open sacred space as we commit to this 7 week journey together. Allowing us to set intentions, engage in group shares, move into our heart spaces through the medicine of Cacao, discuss hopes and concerns, explore lunar influences, begin our sacred art piece, and participate in a group sound healing journey.

Week 2: Sacral Chakra - “Svādhisthāna”

The Sacral Chakra invites us to connect with our emotional body and bring awareness to how we commune with others. For this gathering we will work with the elemental of Water. Focusing on creativity and emotional expression. We will find fluidity in movement through belly dance and share our inner artist through the medium of water color painting. We will regulate our nervous systems with the medicine of the ocean and sound healing.

Week 3: Solar Plexus Chakra - “Manipūra”

Through the Solar Plexus we will bring illumination to our ego/consciousness. We will commune with the elemental of Fire. We will continue our journey with movement and find what it means to be empowered as we build self-confidence through personal growth. We will share within a sacred fire ceremony allowing us to truly cleanse and purify that which is old and ready to be release. Making room to dream big and shine in our true authenticity!

Week 4: Heart Chakra - “Anāhata”

The Heart Chakra is the bridge between our lower and upper energy centers. It is the space in which undiluted LOVE is omnipresent. We will be communing with the elemental of Air. Through Breathwork and a Rose Tea ceremony we will find reconnection of this bridge that allows us to fully honor the multi-dimensionality of our existence. We will find compassion and softness within our hearts to forgive parts of the past and embody the ETERNAL NOW.

Week 5: Throat Chakra “Viśuddha”

The Throat Chakra gathering focuses on empowering communication and self-expression through acknowledging that what we say matters, and especially what we say to ourselves. Our community is going to practice becoming aware of our self-talk while we dance, create, and mediate, to better understand that we cast spells with every word we speak in our own heads and out-loud. We will work with one another to engage in active listening with compassion and speaking from a place of love, and through a facilitated vocal toning practice, we support the strength and intention of the voice.

Week 6: Third Eye Chakra - “Ājñā”

Our Third Eye Chakra gathering will help us gain clarity so that we may have more understanding of what our life truly looks like in this moment and our choices that got us here, as well as the ones we wish to make to manifest the freedom we crave. This practice will utilize Yoga Nidra as well as oracle cards in addition to our other rituals to help receive guidance so that we may act with confidence moving into our next chapter.

Week 7: Crown Chakra - “Sahasrāra”

Closing our journey, we will hold ceremony for the Crown Chakra, honoring the seventh energy center. This center deals with our collective ONENESS, letting the illusion of separation dissipate. We will guide you through an Ascension Circle to fully realize the power and freewill that we came to this earth to express. Through Sacred Ceremony, we will support our community through sharing of thoughts, feelings, growth, challenges, and epiphanies so that we may celebrate one another on our journey of reclaiming one’s sovereignty.

We will facilitate your expansion through movement therapy, dance, sound healing, journal prompts, and sacred painting each and every time we meet. We will provide guidance through specific practices for each chakra to manifest free flowing energy towards your liberated self.

Location: We will be gathering within different spaces local to the San Diego area to work with nature, the elementals, and cultivate sacred space within each gathering.

Millie Madeline -Movement Therapy Facilitator​

I believe that all people are artists, dancers, poets, music makers…creators. There is a mentality that there are those who are innately gifted in arts, but I believe that it is a muscle that some choose to flex and strengthen. Throughout my life, I have been a dancer and painter by training, but in the past couple of years, I have expanded my vocabulary of creation beyond these codified techniques to be able to find my own voice in movement and visual arts. I desire to bring this mentality to the public sphere to awaken more self-love through creation.
