CHAKRA CLEANSE

Embark on a 7 week YOGIC movement and DETOX journey through the CHAKRAS with AQUA PRANA SUP YOGA & MEDITATION owner & creator KATHY NETTLES. Each week we will focus on one chakra and how to bring it into balance through the use of YOGA, MEDITATION, AROMATHERAPY, MINDFUL EATING AND AFFIRMATIONS. Explore the ways in which food affects the mental health, functioning of the organs, and overall body health.

Our aromatherapy will be enhanced with chakra essential oils.This will be an intensely relaxing and healing experience sprinkled with a wealth of nutrition and chakra knowledge.

Included: in-person chakra specific yoga class on Sunsays at Cypress Point Park , online group, safe space for learning.Beginner to advanced yogis are welcome.
