We will create a deeper connection with ourselves and clear and energize our chakra channels with Kundalini yoga poses. We will move, breathe and prepare our body and soul for a cosmic journey with the Reki drum (Reiki drumming journey is about 20 min.)Please bring yoga mat, blankets, layers of cloths and plenty of water. You may also bring crystals or personal items to be blessed on the altar.
