Join Dorothy to learn about the chakras. This workshop provides a baseline understanding of the complex chakra system and how it is connected to our everyday wellness.
Experience deep healing with a guided chakra meditation using mindfulness, mantra, and sound. Practice slowing down, nourishing your yin, and deepening the connection to your whole self.
No previous experience is required; just bring your beautiful self!
This workshop is in person, and is open to participants over the age of 18 years.
