Chakra Alignment: A Guided Journey Through the Seven Energy Centers

Some days it feels like the different parts of you are pulling in different directions, the part that wants safety, the part that wants to feel, the part that wants to be heard. This workshop is a chance to bring those parts back into conversation.

Over three guided meditative journeys, we'll move through all seven chakras, starting with grounding and vitality, moving into power and connection, and closing with expression, insight, and a sense of something larger than ourselves. Each journey is paired with teaching, gentle movement, and quiet reflection time, so you leave with more than just a nice hour of relaxation — you leave with something to carry with you.

No experience necessary. Come as you are.

What to expect:

• Three guided meditative journeys (Root & Sacral / Solar Plexus & Heart / Throat, Third Eye & Crown)
• Teaching on the deeper meaning of each energy center — not just the basics
• Gentle movement, journaling, and a grounding close so you leave feeling clear, not floaty
• A calm, welcoming space — no prior meditation experience needed
