Chakra Activation + Energy Healing

Chakras are our energy centers where we digest and give out energy. The 7 main chakras serve as inner blueprints that create our outer lives. The healthier your chakras, and the more in tune with them you are, the more your life can flow easefully and joyfully! In this class, we will meditatie and do various energy exercises so that you can tune into your own chakras and connect with the wisdom of your own body mind and spirit. You will also learn to ground into the earth, get centered, open your hearts, and connect with spirit. You have everything within you. You are your healer. By tuning into your chakras, you will learn to tap into your inner power and create the life you want. Bring in more joy, abundance and love through chakra activation!

About Me
Denice is a certified energy healer and mind body therapist with training in Depth Psychology and various modalities for exploring consciousness and energy. She supports highly sensitive creatives, healers and empaths to deeply align with their soul’s purpose and bring their gifts forward by helping them heal and clear old wounds, traumas, defensive patterns and limiting beliefs. Her focus is on body-centered healing (since the body keeps the score) and providing a safe relationship for deep and lasting transformation.
In addition to offering one on one sessions, she also teaches and facilitates many groups and circles to promote authentic connection with self and others, alignment and manifestation of one’s soul’s purpose, and nervous system regulation to experience calm, balance and peace of mind. Liberate Yourself in Sherman Oaks, Pieter Space and Insight LA are some of the places she has offered guided meditations and facilitated group work.
Denice received her certification at Lionheart Institute and Healer’s Forum. She also studied with Anodea Judith.
