Chakra Prana Vinyasa alongside Ayurveda is a practical and inspirational exploration of the chakra system and yogic body. We will develop a transformative approach to the body mandala and learn to self-assess imbalances and translate information into practical knowledge for self-healing. Delve into a pranic immersion weekend to explore the potential that lies within the energy body.
Our Prana Vinyasa sequencing model brings us to learn the power circular namaskars and progression sequencing. Enjoy chakra-based meditations and mantra for a deeper embodiment of theory as practice and inner wisdom. Enjoy a weekend in the subtle arts.
Offerings:
Enjoy Chakra Vinyasa classes as explorations for embodied practice and learning of circular namaskar as well progression sequencing models
Review and refine sequencing, cueing and teaching for chakra themed classes
Overview Prana and pancha-vayus as models for insight into the pranic body
Delve deeper in Vedanta panchamaya kosha to integrate a fuller understanding for assessment
Merge and deepen Chakra theory and Ayurveda to fully grasp and teach from wisdom and integrity
