Then this workshop is for you!
This is the first event of several this week to celebrate the official Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting!
We will warm-up, do some strengthening exercises, learn some moves on a chair, and put together some mini choreo. This is just the workshop seed to plant for the series that will start in the fall!
