Welcome to Chair Yoga at Well Care. We offer a gentle form of yoga that is practiced while sitting on a chair or using a chair for support. It's designed to make yoga accessible to people of all ages and abilities, particularly those who have limited mobility, are recovering from injuries, or are new to yoga.
In this class, participants will engage in a series of poses and stretches that can be done while seated or using the chair for balance. The focus is on enhancing flexibility, improving posture, relieving tension, and promoting relaxation. Breathing exercises and mindfulness techniques are also incorporated to help participants connect mind and body, reduce stress, and increase overall well-being.
Chair yoga is ideal for seniors, office workers, or anyone seeking a low-impact, accessible yoga experience. No prior yoga experience is needed, and participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies and move at their own pace.
