In this Yoga Alliance Accredited course, you'll learn how to modify and enhance the yoga class through the use of a chair. Suitable for yoga teachers and caregivers, you'll leave with a thorough understanding of how the chair can be used as a prop to support students with injuries, mobility difficulties, joint replacement, office workers and even kids in school!
In addition to our comprehensive manual, you’ll also get access to virtual recordings of the class and videos of all our lectures in the online classroom following our session.
Complete 1 lesson with a student after the course and get 16 CEU credits with Yoga Alliance of America.
