This certification is for anyone ready to add chair and office yoga to their skill set, not just for yoga teachers. It is perfect for healthcare workers, care givers, physical therapists, etc. Includes a teaching manual and certificate of completion. 10 CEUs for Yoga Alliance will be given.
Do you have students clients or friends and family members who struggle with movement or yoga poses due to age, weight, medical issues, disability or inflexibility? In this 10 hour training you will learn to:
•Teach an accessible chair yoga class, as well as an office or corporate chair yoga class

•Incorporate meditation, relaxation, and breathing techniques to improve health and well-being
