Start your week with calm, clarity, and gentle movement.Join us at the Holmdel Library for a welcoming session designed for all ages, all levels of ability, and no experience needed. This heart-centered practice includes guided breath work, seated stretching, and mindful movement, followed by a brief sound immersion to help you center and reset for the week ahead. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner seeking a gentler approach, all are welcome!
Classes occur the first and third Monday of October, November, and December.
Register for guaranteed seating. All other seating is first come, first serve.
