A Person-centered, holistic class experience that seamlessly blends strength, coordination and balance exercises with the mindful principles of yoga and occupational therapy on a chair! Utilising props, this multifaceted class aims to enahnce physical well-being, mental clarity, a sense of participation, community and self-awarenes.
