Join me starting the first Monday, June 3rd, and every Monday after for chair yoga Morgan's Music Junction - 9:30AM! No matter your age, experience or physical limitations, all walks of life are welcome. Chair yoga can be a great way to recover and strengthen after an injury. If you’ve never taken a class with me, or if you’re curious about chair yoga and yoga in general, stop by for a class. 50% discount for your first class! Just $10!
We will work through the 7 different spinal movements, connect our minds to our bodies through breath work and receive a nice relaxing head, neck and shoulder massage at the end of class!
All you need is yourself, a bottle of water and comfortable clothing! Come ready to learn, gently strengthen and stretch. Bring a friend to enjoy the experience with together!
