Our wonderful yoga teacher, Lee Schroeder, has started a Chair Yoga Class designed to assist with mobility, strength, and balance. All skill levels are welcome, and this is appropriate for all mobility levels, including those who are those needing a cane or walker for support. This class is free for veterans, and non-veterans have a $10 per class charge.
