Chair Yoga takes place every Tuesday at Oshwal House from 10:30am to 12 noon. The classes are now conducted by Dilipbhai Shah.Prices as follows:
£3.00 for members
£5.00 for non-members
It’s an hour and 30mins of Gentle Exercises, including stretches and Pranayama to keep us physically fit and mentally relaxed.
