We are bringing CHAIR YOGA back!!Every week - TUESDAYS @7PM
Chair Yoga is for people ALL Shapes, Sizes and Age! Students may remain seated on a chair or add standing asanas with the assistance of a chair or wall. Individuals who have concerns about balance, just had surgery, have trouble getting down and/or up from the floor, have osteoporosis, etc. may find that this class meets their needs. Pricing is the same as other yoga classes. You can take advantage of the monthly membership, purchase a package to save money or just pay as you go with the drop-in rate.
