Join Karen from Living Yoga for an hour of Chair Yoga. The sessions are relaxed and Karen can tailor the session to suit individual needs. Wear comfy clothes and socks.
The session is on the ground floor (access by the ramped entrance at Barbara Castle Way end of the building) and there is free on-site car park.
Whilst we have had some funding for these sessions, if you are able to pay for your session it will help us to continue after the funding has finished. Suggested amount £3.
