Join us at NEFER Bookcafe for a gentle and welcoming Chair Yoga session with LuLu Bonhomme, created especially for our elders and anyone seeking slow, supportive movement.

This 45-minute session focuses on mindful stretching, breathwork, and simple movements done from the comfort and stability of a chair. Chair Yoga can help improve flexibility, circulation, balance, and overall wellbeing while creating space for calm and connection in community.

No yoga experience is needed. Come as you are and move at your own pace.
