This 10-hour module will equip yoga teachers with the skills and knowledge to make yoga accessible to a wider audience by using chairs as supportive props. Participants will learn how to adapt traditional yoga poses for seated practice, making yoga inclusive for seniors, individuals with limited mobility, office workers, and anyone seeking a gentler practice. The module will cover key chair yoga sequences, breathwork, modifications, and safety considerations, along with teaching methodologies to build confidence in leading chair yoga classes. By the end of this module, teachers will be prepared to create safe, effective, and engaging chair yoga sessions that promote flexibility, strength, and relaxation for all bodies.
