Class Objectives:
-Learn the philosophy of this style of work, proper posture & flow, indications, cautions, & contraindications
-Anterior work, Posterior work, Body stretches, & Seated alternative
-Additional time on philosophy, technique applications, & modifications
-Practice technique application & do a full body 70 minute timed routine on the massage chair
What to bring to class:
-LMT wear loose fitting/ yoga style/ athletic style clothing
-LMT Be prepared to use palms, hands, thumbs, forearms, elbows, knees, & feet as your tools
-LMT Bring your massage chair, extra bolsters/pillows & your cleaning supplies
