Join Michelle Dress in an exploration of deepening your practice with a chair. In this class we will be using a chair (and other props) to support and enhance classic yoga poses. The chair will not be used passively to reduce effort, but actively, as a tool to reveal hidden imbalances, highlight areas of restriction, and refine alignment.
