Chai & Paint: Rangoli Sand Art
About this Event
Hosted by Afrodesiac — a lifestyle brand rooted in global culture, curiosity, and connection.
Join us for a colorful, calming, and culturally inspired evening as we explore the art of rangoli through sand art.
In this hands-on workshop, each guest will create their own rangoli-inspired artwork using vibrant colored sand, simple design templates, and guided techniques. As we create, we’ll learn about the cultural meaning behind rangoli — a traditional Indian art form often made near doorways, courtyards, and gathering spaces as a symbol of welcome, beauty, joy, and positive energy.
This workshop is beginner-friendly and designed for anyone who wants to slow down, create with intention, and connect with culture through art. Whether you’ve never made rangoli before or you’re simply looking for a meaningful creative night out, this experience invites you to sip chai, explore color, and make something beautiful to take home.
