Perfect for first timers -- but also a challenging course for experienced triathletes -- the annual CGSC Triathlon takes place within the historic (and really hilly!) Fort Leavenworth.
Open to military and non-military, this sprint-distance race features a 200-yard pool swim, a 12.4-mile bike course (with 1,000+ feet of elevation gain) and a gently rolling 5K run course, this well-supported event is the PERFECT way to get your tri season started.
Sign up individually or grab some friends to make a relay team.
Registration opens in February! Please share! Need not be a Leavenworth Tri Club member to participate.
