Speaker Bio:
Paul McGrane is the founder of Seasoned Cyborgs, a LYNX Technology Development company, where he helps small businesses put AI and automation to work—without the hype or overwhelm.
Paul brings a unique blend of 25 years as a senior software engineer and 15 years in retail and restaurant operations, including running an off-premise catering service in Washington, D.C. He’s been on both sides—writing the software and running the customer-facing business at the event itself, working with real clients, staff, and all the day-of details that can make or break a celebration.
Today, Paul builds practical AI tools designed for the way service businesses actually work, helping owners get their time back and show up sharper for their clients. His tools include Know Your Client and Show Your Work.

Drawing from his experience in both technology and service-based businesses, Paul will share ways AI can help business owners save time, better understand their clients, streamline everyday processes, and show up more prepared.
