Let's celebrate with our community! This year marks the 12th year of CrossFit Central Houston and it's an honor to share it with y'all!
The deets:
-We will have a morning beach workout starting at 9am and food/fun to follow.
-We will provide delicious smoked meats.
-Please bring an appetizer, side dish, or dessert to share! If your dish needs to stay cold, please bring a cooler.
-If you have any specific beverages of choice, feel free to bring it.
-We will provide water, some bubblies, and the standard eating utensils/napkins/plates/cups.
-If you have beach games/activities or tents, please bring them!
Friends and family are welcomed and encouraged to join! This is absolutely kid friendly!
LOCATION:
Enter via Yucca Ave to access the beach and drive approximately 400m South (turn right off Yucca onto the beach). We will set up on the beach between Howard Ave and W Palm.
