CFCAR Signature Event: Brownfields from Nightmares to Opportunities

Calling all Brokers, Developers, Commercial Realtors, Planners, and Real Estate Affiliates!!! Join us for CFCAR's Fall Signature event - Brownfields Program in partnership with East Central Florida Regional Planning Council (ECFRPC).

The ECFRPC was awarded a $1.5 million grant to assess properties across its eight-county region (Brevard, Lake, Marion, Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Sumter, and Volusia Counties). This initiative seeks to transform previously underutilized and potentially contaminated sites into valuable community assets.

FREE Funds are available and can be used to complete a variety of tasks including Phase I, and Phase II Assessments, and lead/asbestos abatements, thus saving developers and property owners money!! Join us on September 25th to learn more!
