Ceviche Dinner Night

Enjoy four fresh Peruvian dishes, hidden away in the historical Highlands neighbourhood. Meet us downstairs in the Boiler Room – please ask the host at Fox Burger.

Your ticket includes seating in the Boiler Room for the evening, along with our four-course Peruvian menu, designed to give you the finest Peruvian dining experience.

Your dinner will be served one course at a time. Drinks will be available for purchase.

Please arrive early, the dinner begins at 6:00pm.

The four-course menu:

Course 1:

Chicharrón de Pollo

• Fried chicken bites topped with criolla salsa. Paired with a house-made black mint and cilantro aioli.

Course 2:

Causa Limeña con Pollo

• Shredded chicken mixed with mayo layered overtop a yellow chilli (ají amarillo) infused potato dough. Topped with avocados, tomatoes, onions, and cilantro.

Course 3:

Ceviche Mixto

• Chopped and cured white fish and prawn. Served with cancha corn, peruvian white corn, and sweet potatoes. Topped with leche de tigre and garnish.

Course 4:

Suspiro Limeño

• A classic, layered, sweet dessert. Rich caramel base topped with a fluffy meringue. Topped with cinnamon.

Limited seating.

Tables seat 2-4 people. Bar seating available for singles.

Featured Cocktail:

$14 – Pisco Sour (1.5oz) - Pisco, simple syrup, lime juice, egg whites, bitters.
