On the listed dates, the Hatha Flow class will be open to ALL students, but any Registered Yoga Teacher in attendance will be eligible to receive 1.5 hours of Continuing Education credit through Yoga Alliance.Each date has a different class theme:
Feb 10 - Teaching Yoga for Immune System Health
May 11 - Physiology of Twists
Aug 10 - Working with the Extensors
Nov 9 - Breath and Strength Work
