Austin Oaks Hospital aims to improve the delivery of mental health services for women in mainstream settings. Many women suffer in silence while living with some of the most debilitating mental health issues. Some of the mental health concerns are depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, PTSD and more. When untreated, these challenges adversely impact families, relationships, communities and professional careers. With proper resources, tools and techniques, women can thrive and experience very satisfying and fulfilling lives.
