Overview

Our Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) workshop is a dynamic, engaging, and fun two-day learning experience designed to help you build confidence in Scrum by practicing Scrum. Instead of sitting through hours of lectures, you'll learn through hands-on exercises, simulations, collaborative discussions, and guided self-discovery that bring Agile principles to life.

Throughout the workshop, your instructor will share practical insights, real-world stories, and proven techniques drawn from years of experience helping teams and organizations successfully adopt Scrum. You'll gain a deeper understanding of the Scrum framework while developing practical facilitation and leadership skills you can immediately apply with your own team.

Upon successful completion of the course, you'll be eligible to take the Certified ScrumMaster® certification exam through Scrum Alliance®. We'll make sure you're well prepared - our students consistently achieve a pass rate of over 99%.
