Certified Peer Support Professional Training

DMHA is providing an in-person, 40-hour Certified Peer Support Professional. This in-person training will be held at the Ivy Tech 8000 S. Education Dr. Terre Haute, IN 47802. This 40-hour training will be Wednesday October 1st-Friday October 3rd AND Wednesday October 8th- Friday October 10th. This training runs from 8:00am-3:00pm each day in Room H136B. ALL days must be attended to be eligible for the examination. Lunch is on your own.

To qualify for the training individuals must

• Be 18 years of age or older

• Have personal lived experience of recovery from a mental health condition, substance use or problem gambling and/or

• Have personal lived experience assisting a family member with a mental health condition, substance use or problem gambling

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent*

• Must live or work in Indiana at least 51% of the time
