Join us for this certified lay ministry course, Mission and Evangelism, on April 11, 9:00 am - 4:o0 pm EST. At a survey level, we will cover the ideas and themes of mission and evangelism in the Global Methodist Church and explain why these elements are so important to this denomination, to local communities, and to those far away.CLM Course Credits: The Certified Lay Minister status is a lay status granted to individuals who feel called to serve in the local church and beyond, though not in a clergy role. The Mission & Evangelism Course will be considered a foundational course for the Certified Lay Minister certification.
Registration: This course has a $20 enrollment fee, and registration is completed online, though walk-ins are welcome. We will have a “working” lunch provided by the church. If you have special dietary considerations, please bring your lunch and any snacks. We will have frequent breaks with coffee and water.
