Colorado has adopted the 2022 FDA Food Code, which requires all retail food establishments to have at least one Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) on site during business hours. The Larimer County Extension Office offers Certified Food Protection Manager training in partnership with the Larimer County Department of Health and Environment.
What's included:
-8 hours of instructor-led NEHA training
-ANSI-accredited exam (widely recognized in the U.S.)
-Textbook and supplemental printed training materials
-Proctored exam at the end of class
Registration:
You may register up to 5 people at a time. The cost is $175 per person, which includes the textbook, class, printed materials, and proctored exam.
